Construction Safety Partnership Advisory Committee launches new Case Study – Project Supervisor Design Process

This Case Study follows on from the CSPAC guidance on Client Requirements to make Particular Safety and Health Appointments. This important case study should be of assistance to Clients and Project Supervisors Design Process in dealing with duties, competence and adequate resources as in Part 2 – Design and Management in the Safety Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013. Note that this case study is based on a fictional project and should not be regarded as a legal interpretation of the Regulations. Further explanatory notes on Page 2. The case study was developed by a CSPAC working group which included Professional Bodies, HSA and CIF.
